USA Global Cricket Academy:

USA Cricket Academy was first established in 1999 successfully under the leadership of Ashok Patel, President of the academy. In the past the academy has identified young talents and given them high performance training under ICC certified professional coaches. Rahul Sharma, CEO & Director Global Operations has organized various international tours and given opportunities to young players to gain experience against international teams at international venues. Due to this many player from this academy has represented USA U19 and national cricket team in the past and in present.

Mission: Phase-01 March 18th, 2018 to March 25th, 2018 Interview In Delhi

USA Global Cricket Academy is immediately asking the applications for the Operations Manager in India.

Mission: Phase-02 May 24th to May 28st, 2018 Interview in Malaysia

USA Global Cricket Academy is asking the applications for the Operations Manager in Sri Lanka, Nepal, Bangladesh, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Singapore.

 USA Global Cricket Academy, International residential program is aimed for young cricketers who travel across possible venue to fine tune their cricketing skills. Over the past 2 years, we had many players going through this program and benefitted from it. Last summer more than 30 young cricketers attended the program in India.

For the year 2018, we are getting substantial inquires across countries about our residential program. With this we are now ready to hire a full time Operations Manager.

Role Description:

 The Operations Manager is responsible for the Operations of USA Cricket Academy domestic and International Programs. This position communicates effectively with all USA Cricket Academy members, Management staff, Coaches, Players and Parents and maintains a positive association with everyone who is involved in game of Cricket.  This position will also provide and maintain leadership that promotes professionalism, excellence, and promote game of Cricket.

This role demands effective communications with our Players who will be touring internationally and meticulous correspondence with player is critical. Sharing critical updates on progress will be key to be successful for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effective communication with all stakeholders and manage them effectively
  • Obtain VISA which includes necessary paper works, travel logistics
  • To produce Yearly planner and maintenance of the planner on regular basis
  • Organizing match opponents for touring teams and co-ordinate the match program and schedule
  • Key contact point during the preparation phase enabling the best experience for our guests.
  • Be responsible and ensure the effective delivery of the significant summer program
  • Effective Coordination and ensuring smooth execution of weekly program
  • For Special events, ensure we create visibility and do effective Marketing for the events
  • Create and initiate new and exciting program at the academy
  • To support Senior coaches during group sessions and holiday camps where necessary

Special Qualifications / Experience

  • Bachelors college degree required – Preferably in Management
  • Minimum 2-4 years of professional hands-on management experience with running operations at sporting events including working with international groups
  • Leadership and organizational skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Exceptionally organized with task and time management
  • High passionate and knowledge about Cricket
  • Understanding youth development
  • Valid work permit to live and work in the country you are applying for
  • Valid Permanent Driving License for the Country/Region where you are applying for
